The VistoTek VTK-SDS5322G-RM Serial Communication Server is a device that converts 32 distributed, low-speed, heterogeneous RS232/485 serial devices for centralized management via Ethernet. Equipped with a dual-core 880MHz industrial-grade CPU, 2GB RAM, 4×1000M Ethernet ports, and 1×SFP fiber port, it supports serial baud rates up to 921,600bps per channel. Typically, host computers establish TCP client connections to this serial server for transparent bidirectional communication with serial devices. The VTK-SDS5322G-RM supports multiple operation modes including:TCP Server Mode,TCP Client Mode,UDP Server Mode,UDP Client Mode,MODBUS RTU to MODBUS TCP Server Mode. It also supports driver installation to virtualize 32 COM ports.
